Exquisite Desserts combines beautiful custom designs with the best ingredients available, resulting in cakes that taste as incredible as they look. Consultations are available by appointment in either Napa or Benicia.

Sherri Tiburzi, owner of Exquisite Desserts, has been pastry chef at the Union Hotel in Benicia and the restaurant at Domaine Chandon in the Napa Valley. She has attended the Culinary Institute of America
in St. Helena and studied with cake designer Colette Peters from New York.

Sherri lives in Napa Valley with her husband Tom,
a winemaker at Domaine Chandon, and their two children.
